Our first step. Our first villa project. An ambitious vision that was bold enough to enable two decades of redefining architecture and design.
We launched Floatilla, a podium concept project in the Manikonda municipality. Today, this project and neighbourhood continue to impress homeowners and residents with its abundant open spaces.
One of the earliest residential projects to be developed in the Alkapur township was EIPL's Flora. 2018 also found us innovating with the podium concept yet again in the construction of Skyila, an expansive community in Puppalaguda.
As the world shuttered, we remained ever so vigilant as we introduced two apartment projects — Apila in Gandipet and Rivera in Manchirevula — and one of our largest villa projects, La Paloma Villas, which covers 33 serene acres of Mokila.

Decent place to stay with AQI in green status thanks to vast greenery. Apila has near zero pollution and has upcoming shops and 2 big malls nearby. Pleasant, satisfying and fulfilling stay.
EIPL Skyila is a beautifully planned gated community with grand entry and exit points. Landscaping is top notch, club house has good gym and ample indoor games.
I recently purchased a flat in EIPL Rivera. This is in a prime location. The community is clean and green with a big club house.
